Been meaning to update. Initial experience was good. Bad part is what happened later. We bought a sofa 2018 - 2019 ? and also the 5yr insurance thing. Metal spoke in the couch broke and stabbed me in the foot. Got tetanus shot. This was during pandemic so like 2020-22. Was only 2-3 yr old at that point. Of course we threw out the sofa. My husband tried to get the sofa cost reimbursed or offset by something. They told him it's normal wear and tear. Claim denied, no apologies.
