Jeremy at the call center was a lot of help getting my order done.Jeremy was very professional and nice.The store in Redland , CA they were great The lady that helped me in the magic department on March 18 at 8:30 PM was great. She gets recognized for the good work she does. I don’t remember her name.
Alfredo greeted me and immediately offered assistance. He wasn’t overbearing like at some other stores. He showed me exactly what I wanted. He did not try to pressure me into purchasing other items. I felt relaxed while shopping. Thank you
