There Customer service was good overall, but the sales rep forgot to mention pick up on weds are closed , I bought a couch on Tuesday and told me I can pick up weds.i wasted time and even had to ask permission to get out of work early because there schedule to pick up doesn’t accommodate me it’s awful. There is no number you can call or anything on the flyer they give nor the warehouse work hours.They charge a arm and a leg for delivery.
