Bob went over and above for me. I was in Lawrence on other business. My U-Joint on my Jeep went out. His service shop was the first that I came to. He knew what was wrong right away. He offered to take my friend and I somewhere to get some lunch because there was nothing close. I indicated that I couldn't go because my little Pomeranian puppy was in the Jeep. He said that they would look after her. He took us downtown and called about an hour later to let me know that he removed the drive shaft essentially making my Jeep 2-w... read more
I'm surprised that people have given Bob's some poor reviews. I've had my vehicles serviced there for years and they always do a great job at a fair price, plus they are FAST! I've had timing belts, water pumps, wheel bearings, rear differentials replaced, plus tune ups. They always do a top notch job. I used to go to Slimmer's, and they are a great garage too, but Bob's is close to home. Plus, they get the job done quickly, and charge a fair price for their service.
