We brought in our Jeep while on vacation to try to unstick our lift gate latch. While they weren't able to fix it (parts not in stock) they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, provide us with places that we might be able to go to get it fixed while on the road, gave a diagnostic printout to save us time, and didn't even let us pay them for their time and efforts. Wish we had such good service in our home town. <3

Recently while traveling with our 5th wheel RV, ours truck broke down. We were towed to Bob Ruwart Motors on a Saturday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I walked in to the service department and talked to Sam (Samantha), one of the service advisors. Talk about awesome customer service! Not only did she have a tech look at our truck within about 30 minutes, she got the parts on order and expedited. I purchased a jeep wrangler from the dealership yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. The salesman (Matt) was extremely easy to work with and honest. The title work and payment was fast and easy. No hidden fees. Great dealership with friendly laid back atmosphere. I highly recommend.
