The Service writer, Jesse Crawford, went the extra mile to ensure that the extended warranty, purchased with the vehicle when it was new, covered and paid for the three TPS sensors that were bad. The warranty company balked at covering the sensors, even though they were clearly covered by the warranty I had purchased. Jesse jumped through hoops to resolve the issue, kept me informed, and even though it took an extra day, provided a very satisfactory repair. Kudos!
They were rude and left a squirrel nest on my engine which was very hot and smoking on my engine.

Mr. Ricardo Rutledge came right up to me and my family even though he was helping a customer already to introduce himself give us his card and let us know he would be right with us also asked us was this the car we wanted to test drive and came back with everything for test drive.
