We were looking for a Cadillac CT6 on the Internet and I found one at Bob Ross Buick GMC. I talk with Ricardo and he was very helpful answering all my questions. I was hesitate about buying a car 550 miles away.. Ricardo sent me Videos and Pictures of the CT6. Excellent facility. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Great communication, before, during, and after the service.
