He will do everything in his power to meet your satisfactions,very respectful, Bob also talks to you like a brother not a paycheck and that says alot and does good work for decent prices check out the chicken wing undercoating he created
Bob is genuinely cares for the customers and he looks out for their best interest. He is one of those people who cares for good customer service relationship than financial profits. I enjoyed interacting with him and getting his technical advice. I highly recommend him for his honesty, willingness to help his customers and follow through finding a solution
Doing repair work we couldn't do at a reasonable price
On Sunday October 5th I went to Bob Ross auto and tractor for the chicken wing rustproofing on my truck. They were professional and informative, answered any questions that I had and were reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone that is considering it to have it done.
