tl;dr: If I could give zero stars for their service tech competency, I would: they will repeatedly break your car during repairs. Don't expect their service center to give you well-priced, efficient, or quality service. I have serviced my Sienna and Avalon here several times, and I'm no longer confident in having any work done here at this point: they fix one thing and break two others. Super impressed with Rohrman Toyota's $50 oil change. Saw it online and had to find out if this was real... believe it or not it was. Awesome to find something that is advertised as is. The staff was nice as well. They welcomed me and walked me to the waiting area. They had me in and out in less than 50 minutes. $1 per 1 minute!!! WINNER
Had the oil changed a little while ago. Noticed some oil on the garage floor and checked it out. I figured it was just residual oil. Turns out when they changed my oil they didnt tighten up the drain plug. I went to wipe it off and IT TURNED! They also didnt replace the oil filter cover. Update, I did speak with service and they addressed it as best they could.
Great pricing on oil changes. A lot of extra perks with the oil change such as a video inspection from the mechanic, as well as a full multi point inspection of my vehicle was in and out within an hour.
