Don't expect their service center to give you well-priced, efficient, or quality service. I have serviced my Sienna and Avalon here several times, and I'm no longer confident in having any work done here at this point: they fix one thing and break two others. The service center team - especially Lucas Aviles did an outstanding job helping us with our vehicle and getting the head unit radio repaired. They were highly professional, kept us informed throughout the process, and completed the work in a very timely manner. We truly appreciate their excellent service and communication.
Highlander 2012 The new oil filter was defective and it leaked by the time I got home. I hade to come back to fix it. It was not my fault. It was Toyota fault. No compensation was offered. No apologies were offered. I did not as to rotate my tires on two cars that I serviced that day. 4runnner 2024 rotated tires I did not ask for Highlander 2012 rotated tires I did not ask for
