Great communication and friendliness. They do all of my car maintenance. They go over recommendations but I never feel pressured to complete them all. Usually complete my service faster than expected. They have my loyalty!
We bought our van a few summers ago and have loved every visit to Bob Rohrman! The Service Center is clean and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. Work is done in a very fast timeframe. I have often scheduled to leave my vehicle only to find that my vehicle is done before i can be picked up. They did offer to take me back to work, I declined!
