I had a great experience with the Parts Department, especially because of Ceaser Delgado. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and made everything quick and easy. Excellent customer service, Ceaser is definitely an asset to the team!
Great place to get factory parts for your Kia. I was met with a very helpful and friendly staff when I was having trouble finding a gasket for my engine when the aftermarket stores kept getting me the wrong one. The price was also pretty close to what I was gonna pay any way but I got exactly what I needed! Highly recommend visiting if you need parts for your Kia!

I took my car in to Kia in Lafayette to get it fix the Service Tech was very nice and polite he told me What was wrong with the car and show me the parts that needed to get fixed and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back.
