I think it’s…interesting that the service advisor, Ms. Abramson, left a review for the business she works for so the most recent review wouldn’t be negative. I think that says everything anyone needs to know about the honesty, integrity, and transparency of Bob Rohrman Honda Service Center.
Had a free inspection in February. The only discoveries at the time were that my brake pads would need replaced, and my rotors would need resurfaced fairly soon, but they weren’t measuring at a critical level. They said NOTHING about my tires. And they said NOTHING about a piece of trim that I’m missing. Finally take the car in to do the brakes. They failed to stock my brake pads prior to my appointment. Serviced my car and everyone was amazing!
I recently visited this service center after being quoted a certain price over the phone. However, once I arrived, they told me there were conditions attached to that offer—something they didn’t mentioned earlier. The final price ended up being nearly double what I normally pay at other Honda dealerships. I typically pay around $60 elsewhere, so I was really disappointed by how expensive their service was. Overall, I felt misled and overcharged, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Bad place for service.
