Am I missing something? Every time I have been to a dealership for service/parts in the past, I sign at least 1 invoice and give all my information if I'm not already in their "system". I bought an OEM SUV battery less than 6 months ago, the battery dies and I think I'm covered - I pay a premium at the dealership for premium service; I have never been treated the way I was on 10/31/23.
