They installed a bathroom faucet that they didn’t tighten up when they were done. After they left I had water everywhere in my new bathroom vanity. Also had them come to install a new drain and my bathtub. I was told it was going to be a costly job that required holes in my floor or walls. My husband had no problem removing old drain and installing new drain. I called and was told I would be issued a refund and still haven’t received it after 3 calls. Our business used Bob Raeker Plumbing to test our backflow system in July. They have not followed through with the County and it is now February. When we approached them about this issue they were non responsive and irate on the phone. The County has called them and they responded that they did not do the task. We have the back up (invoice, cashed check). This is not acceptable.

Good service. Reasonable price. Came out day after my call. Guy on the phone was friendly and the plumber was a nice guy as well.
