I have nothing but good to say about Bob Quicks State Farm agency! All I have to say, is reach out to them asap if you are in the market. Beverly, Bobs assistance helped me out so much and she saved me so much money. I was paying an unbelievable amount for car insurance I called Bob Quicks office and Beverly went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right coverage needed, and lowered the amount. Well, all I can say about this agent is please!!! stay away from this place their customer service is terrible rude specially the lady who always answer the phone Bob’S assistant Beverlys treats customers so bad I really don’t recommend this place I had a horrible experience with bobs assistant she really gave me a bad attitude

After living in several different states, and multiple agents over many years, this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had from an insurance agent. My last three dealings included a lot of miscommunication, and much delayed quotes. Bob’s assistant, Beverly seems easily frazzled and confused. She actually gave me attitude when I asked to reiterate something for clarity.
