I've been loyal customer for many years. Recently I asked for a credit on my bill for a week they never came. It was rainy and windy on my regular day, but they didn't come a different day to make it up. Vanessa, the owner, refused saying they would have to work harder next week. Vanessa the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional; both the work and the customer service are subpar. They let our pool turn green and for an entire year they just kept up-charging for expensive chemicals, but 2-3 days later it was green again. They offered nothing but excuses. We finally took a water sample to Leslie's Pool and in one min they told us that our pool was ruined by last year's fires and there was no other solution but to empty and start new. They said we were being massively over charged on chemicals and ... read more
