Bob Poling’s office was responsive during policy setup. After I was rear-ended, the agent advised against filing a not-at-fault claim through State Farm despite a police report and third-party dashcam footage. Lacking experience with insurance claims, I followed this guidance and handled the process directly with the at-fault party’s insurer. The office did not provide assistance during the claims process, which proved more complex than expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Look ... I've been using Bob since ... Aside from some family and some friends, he's one of my longest relationships. I've been a customer of his longer than I haven't been a customer. Any time I walk through the door in greeted warmly, with a smile. They check on ME. They ask me how I'm doing, how things are going. They care about me - not just as a customer, but as an individual.
