We have taken some extra time to put this together because we have so much to say bob pietz heating and cooling services. Overall, it has been amazing to work with them. We had a bad situation with a faulty install of a furnace and A/C. Bob and his team removed the old equipment and installed the new furnace/A/C back in November 2024. Very impressive company. Service and installation was professional and informative! I dealt with Rob while buying the product and Dustin completed the install. Dustin is very easy going and is very knowledgeable. He pointed out that my solenoid on my humidifier was not working properly that’s why my humidifier is constantly draining cost extra $ on my water bill. The water heater was installed efficiently. Today, we had a new Furnace installed by Dustin with Bob Pietz Heating & Air Conditioning. You may have read that in 2024, Dustin installed a new AC for us. Once again, I have a renewed faith in young people after our experience with this man.
