Trying to get an insinkerator serviced and unfortunately we appear to be stuck with Bob Pearson Electrical and their incredibly rude scheduling people. It is hard to imagine that a worldwide company like Insinkerator would hitch its after sales service for SEQ solely to Bob Pearson Electrical with clearly limited service depth and reach. Called the team about a jammed Insinkerator food disposal unit. Jayne answered the call and explained how to fix the jam. 5 mins after the call, she sent me a guide to fix the jam. 5 mins later, jam was fixed. Even I am not their customer, the team went extra miles to help me. That's 5 star service!
