To be honest now that I’m a bit older and I work in the car business…They’re scum. Do not buy a car from here. Came for one vehicle, and left with another that wasn’t in my price range. I was finessed and swindled but I made do with what I had. Had a yelling match with the owners and the whole 9. Yeah do not buy from here.
UPDATED MAY 2024 = IF YOU ARE A DC RESIDENT AND WAS VICTIMIZED BY BOB AND PAUL AUTO MALL AND FINANCED WITH SENSIBLE AUTO, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DC OAG OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION IMMEDIATELY!!!! DAY 1 DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF. TOOK THEM OVER 45 DAYS TO FIX THIS. BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THEM AND OVER 60 DAYS LATER TRUCK STILL NOT FIXED, THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A SIDE SHOP OR MECHANIC TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SIT FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG.
Bought a vehicle from them a few years back, they refused to answer my calls as I needed the title to get tags. They then closed down leaving me in the dark about my tags which I needed. My car was towed on multiple occasions from my complex because the paper ones eventually expired. It took me going to the MVA investigations unit to report this dealership and get them to get my tags. Very sketchy dealership

absolutely the worst delearship ! sold me a car with my check engine light on ! then promised to fix it never got back to me waited for the 30 days to be up then refused to help me ! my car goes 15 mph and i dont know whats wrong with it ! the management pretends to help but in the end they dont care
