Had my Toyota 4x4 serviced checked over. All done in the time quoted and the price changed was very good. Would recommend to use them and if iam back in Townsville I will use them again.
I had my car serviced at Bob Parkes and I was really disappointed. $485.80, they didn’t top up the coolant, I had an issue with the back door of my car not opening anymore, I m not sure they even look at it and told me to go somewhere else. Which I did, and the mechanic fixed it for free because it only needed some grease in the handle. At the previous service, the mechanic had noticed an engine leak. Absolutely the best mechanic shop I have been to in Australia!! Currently on a round trip of Australia from Melbourne clockwise and had a mechanical issue with my Toyota HiAce campervan, had a bearing squeal from my alternator which I knew needed to be replaced. Drove to the shop 8am on Monday morning to be greated with a professional welcome and a prompt response, I was even given a run around car so I could see Townsville while I waited.
