I cannot recommend Bob Parkes enough. They were willing to help when no one else would. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service.

Called Trent with an urgent issue on my sons car. I am from out of town and needed help. Trent and the team were extremely obliging at short notice and they have not known me before. I can’t say enough about their generosity and kindness. They get 5 stars from me - really chuffed!
Family mechanic, went here for 5 years while living here. When i lost my grandma, and cut contact with my dad due to abuse, this mechanic decided to take my dads vendetta out on his behalf and rip me off, omit information from me and try to put me in double debt at christmas time. After paying for work i never agreed to multiple times, and eventually calling them out, i was told not to come back. Thanks Ollett/ Abercrombie family 👍🏼
