I normally don’t leave long reviews, but my experience with Bob Parks Automotive has been so stressful, expensive, and unnecessarily drawn-out that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my Kia Picanto to them three separate times, giving them a full, itemised list of repairs required for a roadworthy (supplied by Mobile Roadworthy Guys). This business has heart! I broke down 30km north of Townsville. My Coaster bus had to be towed. I rang them and even though it was a Saturday, and they were fully booked, they agreed to have a look. They stayed back past their closing time and got me back on the road. A big, big, big thank you!
Very satisfied with this garage, they are very attentive to the customer and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I recommend them.
