Called Trent with an urgent issue on my sons car. I am from out of town and needed help. Trent and the team were extremely obliging at short notice and they have not known me before. I can’t say enough about their generosity and kindness. They get 5 stars from me - really chuffed!
Family mechanic, went here for 5 years while living here. When i lost my grandma, and cut contact with my dad due to abuse, this mechanic decided to take my dads vendetta out on his behalf and rip me off, omit information from me and try to put me in double debt at christmas time. After paying for work i never agreed to multiple times, and eventually calling them out, i was told not to come back. Thanks Ollett/ Abercrombie family 👍🏼

I normally don’t leave long reviews, but my experience with Bob Parks Automotive has been so stressful, expensive, and unnecessarily drawn-out that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my Kia Picanto to them three separate times, giving them a full, itemised list of repairs required for a roadworthy (supplied by Mobile Roadworthy Guys).
