Avoid any mechanic work at this dealership. Incompetent and indifferent work ruined my vehicle and cost me over $10,000 for substandard labor after months of calls. This was a well tuned and serviced 2012 car that was brought in for a small oil leak. Each time I tested the car after they did repairs, it sounded like someone poured rocks in the engine and differential. I do not recommend this dealership. They wanted to do the deal over the phone without even driving the SUV. After numerous text he still would not give me the interest rate so I could make a better informeddecision. I was approved for loan but was over my budget. I was scheduled to review paperwork 8/26/23 with finance manager to see what we could do to make the deal. 15 minutes later I got a text stating SUV was sold. Very shady dealing at this dealership and unprofessional.
My husband bought a truck from this dealership and the pressure and hoops were horrible. We had great credit and aftwrwatd we received a cooy if credit report shiwing thwy ran numerous credit checks through several companies without our knowledge. Also the truck bed had been painted and we were told the truck had never had any damage. Lie, lies... We could never get them to respond or take care of the issues. Nothing but run around. They needed to shut their scammming doors.The salesman name was Brandon.
I went in to Bob Palmers in Laurel, Ms to purchase a used vehicle. I found a 2005 Nissan Maxima and paid $4200.00 cash. I asked was there any issues with the vehicle and was told that the only issue was that the rear window would not go down. I left the dealership and made it home only to realize that the car had run hot. Not even a 10 min drive.
