They set me up with an appointment within 3 days of my phone call, and I was taken in on time! Dr. Bob has a very friendly demeanor. The ladies at the front desk were friendly as well. The procedure went well and fairly quick. All in all, a good visit.
First time going to New Bern Dental Care, I was able to get an appointment right away and they were very nice and clean. They were thorough. It was hard for me to try a new dentist office when I moved here because my prior dentist’s were great. Satisfied so far.
I had a great experience even though I don’t like going to the dentist.
The staff is very friendly & caring. They really lighten the mood/situation. They always find an appointment when a problem arises.
