I always used BAM for service but not anymore! I had a appointment for service at 12:30 so I dropped my car off at noon for an oil change. Went back at 4 to pick it up and they had not started service on it. I left without having my car serviced. This is the second time this has happened. I will not be back. I made a appointment and took my car to RK Chevrolet in Vineland the next day and the service was done in an hour. There was no reason for BAM not servicing my car in the time promised. Alberto is a very nice, intelligent and incredible salesman who really knows how to get you hooked up on a car. That saying, theirs only so much a salesman can do when there are a group of terrible finance teams. Even with an excellent score, they managed to run numbers that did not make any sense. This review is based on the outcome of my 3hr drive to Bridgeton just for a finance manager who definitely does not know what she’s doing to come up to me. (After I asked to speak to them several times and they did not want too)
Salesman is a nice guy, but the lady who works the finance doesn’t know what she’s doing.
Annhi Bautista was excellent I left with a car she made sure I was able to drive off with a new car
I loved the salesman Lamar who was so down to earth with no pressure. He kept saying, "I'm here to make you happy." The staff and customer service were excellent. Very friendly, non pushy people. I would definitely buy another car there again.
