The guys at Bob Norths are great! They are considerate and honest. Which being a woman and going to dealerships or even other service stations feel as though I am taken advantage of. Bob North Service Station gave me honest answers and are offer great prices for their services. I will continue to take all my cars here.
These 2 idiots decided to swap vehicles on a flatbed right in front of my house. Not only did they block a narrow residential street, they also drove some customers car over my lawn, a boulder, and drainage pipe, shattering it. When confronted... the response was, "What pipe". Uh... that broken one, Einstein... The damage to my property was minor and inconsiquential... but who knows what damage they did to the car that ran over the boulder.
