The Bob Niven Training Center. Has a very good basketball court although it does not have as much grip as most courts and the gym equipment is fairly clean.

Nicely kept building, it's bright inside and fairly clean. Unfortunately the water fountain not working which is though with 20 athletes training for 8 hours and have to go to the next floor washroom to fill water bottles. Otherwise good experience overall
