Wow, just wow! Josh, Miguel, and the rest of the team were absolutely phenomenal!!! It was my first time going to a body shop for repairs so I was nervous but Josh was super patient, empathetic, and timely with his communication and follow-up from beginning to end. He helped keep the costs as low as we could and coached me through working with the other driver's insurance company, neither of which are easy feats.
