Damien and his crew have coated my Raptor and my Porsche. They did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately my Raptor was involved in an accident. Damian made sure to meet with the body shop, get the truck and re coat the damaged areas. Top notch service!!! I do have a Bronco Raptor that was done by someone else. I can really tell the difference between their treatment and Bob Moses . I highly recommend Bob Moses in Surprise.
Christian was great to work with and answered all of my questions, was wondering if I was wasting money until I saw my truck and it looked fantastic, will definitely do my other vehicles, do not waste your time with other shops.
This location is so bad, only about 2 people working and they always have some type of attitude. Also very hard to find the location and it’s in a very sketchy area as well. People can easily break into your car. I’ve heard they actually have had people walk into the office when closed and that means they can easily access customers keys/etc. Is there even a boss for this location? Their coatings may be excellent, but I was not impressed when I visited their Surprise AZ location this morning. I thought they had gone out of business, absolutely no cars in sight as driving by, and an empty lot . Drove past it twice before I realized they were open. When I went in, there was one pickup in the shop, probably belonged to the one employee there. Customers were certainly not beating their doors down to do business with them today. had to have the windshield replaced in my truck. so I made an appt to get it ceramic coated. also had a scuff down the side from a tree branch. not only did they remove the scuff. they took care of some other minor scratches. it looks like new again. thanks Damien and crew.
