This Volkswagen is above and beyond the best experience I’ve ever had owning a car and I’ve owned quite a few. I got the VW buzz and even with a couple of small recalls my experience, especially with this location has been absolutely phenomenal.

Took my daughters car here to do some minor repairs. The service advisors are amazing and very helpful. I also want to recognize the Service Manager, my daughter is a student at OSU and he worked with her, and provided a loaner car until her car was repaired. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with the service team here! Thanks for everything!
I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience at Bob Moore VW! Chandi, my service adviser, was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but he also went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. He made sure they honored the extra insurance I’d been paying for, saving me a huge headache and expense. On top of that, the entire service process was quick and seamless.
