Went in on 08/14 and was not greeted by anyone, we stood around and waited for about 20-30 min and was not acknowledged so we left to another dealership spent a few hours there working up a deal. Left the other dealership and decided to give BM VW another chance and was immediately greeted by Sam Keeth. Told him what we were looking for and we wasted no time in testing driving a car. Total disappointment. I've had problems since the first day I bought the car, and I even spoke to the top management. But they're all just looking out for each other.
Sam did a great job helping me find the right Atlas Cross Sport as well as getting me a great deal, Ja’Miah in financing was also very helpful for getting me on a good payment plan. I will definitely come back in the future if I buy another vehicle.
