Very disappointed we drove hours away with money in hand to purchase a vehicle from them. Upon arrival the vehicle had quite about of damage that wasn’t pictured in the photos online. The vehicle also had 3 different tires on it, 2 of the same brand and then another brand and another brand. Looked absolutely ridiculous also you can’t tell that in the photos listed. I made an appointment with Bob Moore Subaru for a TPMS sign that Keeps coming up., I brought it in early and was told that by it will take up to 45 minutes to diagnose car’s problem. Unknown how long it will take to fix it. I feel this Subaru dealer over schedules repairs and is oblivious of people’s wait times. About 2 months ago I brought it in for a recall and waited over 4 hours to get the job done. About one month ago I brought my car for an oil change.
