The service department staff have consistently been amazing over the decade I have brought my car back here. Especially most recently, with a specific shout out to Glenn and Anthony. They were very open about the condition of my car and answered all my questions. I cannot express how much I appreciate their attention and care for the customers.
Just bought a used truck from Bob Moore Mazda. I was able to come and test drive a couple times without any pressure to buy. Dusty was great following up and personally getting this truck ready to take home. Feel like we got great value and treatment from everyone we dealt with. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from a Bob Moore dealership.
I was traveling from New York and passed through Oklahoma, where I got an oil change at this dealership. Not only did they use oil that was NOT Mazda-recommended, but my oil light came on soon after! Now I’m stuck dealing with this issue far from home. When I contacted them, their response was completely unprofessional—they said, “Maybe we messed something up during the oil change.” MAYBE?!
