Plastic part fell out of my gear shift. Took it to Bob Moore GMC Service. Quote was $500+ for the repair plus another $300+ for cabin filter, windshield wipers & a fuel cleaner. (Didn’t ask for any of those; but apparently to tell me that was free:) My husband did a little research, discovered the part snaps on, found the part for $12+ on Amazon, and ordered it. I have brought my 2022 terrain in for service since it was new, paid with my GM points and never had a problem. Alec got me a loaner for some fuel pump problems, very appreciated.

Been trying for 6 MONTHS to get my NEW Buick Envision fixed. It’s UNSAFE. Down shifting so hard it jerks. Saying oil pressure low. Adaptive cruise system unavailable and it slamming on brakes on an 85 MPH highways for no reason. Check engine light on. BOTH LED Clusters/Screens freezing and requiring you to pull over and restart car to fix the issue. Making a loud noise similar to a fan hitting its cover. SO MUCH MORE! Our vehicle had some issues which is why we brought it in. Total repair/service quote cost was about $9K. $700 just to troubleshoot a sunroof. Not fix it, just to determine the issue. They wanted to drop the headliner and check the sunroof motor. I fixed the sunroof myself for $2, which was a cut wire and a blown fuse. In the process it also fixed my center counsel charger.
