Daniel Talamantes is an amazing and helpful salesmen, from selling you a couch to still answering questions after the sell. Warranty team on the other hand is difficult to get a straight answer from, lie about the time it takes for a repair, (my couch broke within a week of purchase) and are never on the same page, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. If you come for new furniture, make sure to ask for Daniel!
Worst place to buy furniture I bought a trundle bed a year ago from them with warranty and it was expensive I finally was told that the bed is discontinued so they no longer make parts that I need for it so they asked if I wanted to do an exchange for the same price so I did but now it's been a week of the runaround games and the protection agency sent the exchange email a week ago!!
