I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bob Miller from Bob Miller Real Estate. I made an offer on a home, and after back-and-forth negotiations, the seller and I agreed on a price—which I have in writing. Despite this, the agent deliberately delayed drafting the contract, and the next day, I was informed they were entertaining a higher offer. This kind of conduct raises serious ethical concerns.
