Bob Mccune is a sleazy guy who will do anything to make a buck. I canceled all my insurance policies with him when I found out he was ripping me off and over charging me. We had a long conversation in which i let him know not only did I not like him but he will never get another dime from me. He still sends me emails on a weekly basis and even had the nerve to send me an invoice saying that I was behind on my payment when I never renewed a policy through him!!
Bob is ok to deal with when he is taking your money and everything is fine. However when I had an issue with a life policy he blamed me and hid behind the company saying there was nothing he could do. This happened during the first phone conversation we had about the issue. He did not even contact the corporate office to see if anything really could be done. There are many Farmers agents out there so beware before you think about giving your money to Bob. Once any issues come up Bob is rude and unwilling to help you out.
