I recently took my Yamaha R7 to Bob Yamaha for service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly friendly and got to work on my bike right away. They provided me with genuine feedback on what else needed attention, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient and professional. Thanks to everyone at Bob McCleary Yamaha for taking great care of my bike! Highly recommended.
He acknowledged me as I walked in the door, then sat there on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited. I gave up and went the Woodend Honda and spent a good amount of money there instead. Will never go to McCleary again.
Was not helpful at all. Hopeless service. Would not go near them with barge pole. Yamaha in Christchurch is much better service I recommend go to them instead. Never go to yamaha rangiora.
