Excellent service and nice people – I have brought many, many machines to McDougal's and the service has always been top notch. During busy times, I have had to wait up to 3 weeks for my machine - but that is pretty normal when it comes to machine service (especially when it's complicated work). This has never been a problem for me, as they take time to tell you an estimate when you drop off your machine!
Great service, honest merchant – I bought my Brother SE350 sewing machine there. Things I like about them: 1. HONEST MERCHANT. I'm new to embroidery. They did not show me the most expensive model. Quite the contrary--they started by showing me the cheapest model. They honestly assess that I'll likely not need the fancy modes just yet. They do have trade-in possible if I outgrow this machine. Poor Service – Brought in 3 sewing machines to be repaired. After 2 weeks, they still have not started. He said they would not even look at them for another week. He said to come and get them if I wanted them back. I went and got my machines back unrepaired. Do not recommend for repairs.
