Brett and Marc are always awesome and the service department has been great never had a problem yet. only 4 stars because they need to hire a car washer and buy a power washer or something. I'm sure all your customers would appreciate a car wash after they pay to get their car fixed. Also on a note when I take it in with the coupon for "The Works" oil change and Checks (74.99) I usually end up paying 90 something dollars with no additional work?? and always some 2 or 3 dollar paperwork charge?

I had a great experience at Bob Maxey Ford! I found a car listed on Facebook that I had in mind and that's what I was shown and that's what I purchased. I recently went to a different dealer and felt they were trying to show me every other car except for the one I went in for in the first place. We had a very nice, knowledgeable salesman who went above and beyond for the customer. I was pleasantly surprised by the full tank of gas and how the car was cleaned.
