Excellent agency until you have to file a claim. Once you do, you are on your own. I was told that their only job is to refund me my deductible and to issue me a check for my car. I was told that it was even my job to call and get the police report for them and to contact the other insurance agency to be refunded for my car rental, my lost work, my ambulance fee, and my medical bill.
