Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the agent named Kayla. First call i got her receptionist but no answer at the agents desk so she calls me back 10 min later with nothing but attitude to offer and basically hung up on me. I have carried insurance with this company for more then 5 years and miss agents attitude just ruined it all and i will switch to a company that actually has customer service in place. Was great when it was Bob Lindsay. Now my agent is completely unresponsive. I can't even get her to call me back for a simple quote when it is urgent and we are trying to replace a car that simply wore out and need a quote on the new car.
