Kenneth was great to deal with for the majority of the time we rented our house. Katie came in towards the end and was very unpleasant to deal with. Her lack of professionalism and her dishonesty really turned us off to bob kory management. They may be great if you are buying a house but if you are looking to rent I would not recommend any of their houses.
We were in the process of purchasing a home that they were selling for a client. We made an offer, they agreed. We sent the paperwork, then they backed out. The way it was done screwed us over quite a bit. My suggestion would be to find someone else to work with instead of this place.
Bob was very dismissive when I called interested in a property. He told me it was unlivable, and the seller was accepting cash only while the listing said conventional or cash. The listing did not say it was unlivable either.
The Bob Kory Team has been my property manager for 35 years. During that time, they have always been polite, professional, and with good accounting. I even rely upon their contractor recommendations for my own home needs. Bob, Katie and Kenneth have always been my trusted advisors and very helpful, and they deserve a 5 star rating!
Kenneth and his team are great! We have been very happy working with them.
