Had a flat tire that couldn't be aired up nor repaired. Needed help immediately, and it was fairly close to closing time. Had me in immediately, gave me options for tires, had me fixed in about half an hour, and the prices were great. Oh, also, he replaced the tire in the rain, and was very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic.
