Amazing shop friendly and good service
Very disappointed, belt was put on backwards (fixed it myself)the tensioner wheel they put on was crap (fixed it myself) So everything they did I had to undo and do it right. Wanted to give them a chance and see if there my new go to guy, yeah not my go to guy. Paid well over $500 for that price I expect it to be done correctly that’s why we pay the big bucks for “in the know shop. “ Please do better for the next person. Or maybe they thought I was a fool of a women so lady’s watch out!
Good place for your mechanical needs also you can also get tires used or new.
Kern's auto in Mt Morris was fantastic!I went there to buy a couple of used tires.When I arrived the tire guy got right on it.He was very nice and went above and beyond for me.I ended up not needing tires,just valve replacements in two tires.The technician not only fixed the two tires,he also went above and beyond and checked all the tires! I would highly recommend Bob Kern's Auto Repair in Mt.Morris! Thanks guys keep up the great work.
