Kern's auto in Mt Morris was fantastic!I went there to buy a couple of used tires.When I arrived the tire guy got right on it.He was very nice and went above and beyond for me.I ended up not needing tires,just valve replacements in two tires.The technician not only fixed the two tires,he also went above and beyond and checked all the tires! I would highly recommend Bob Kern's Auto Repair in Mt.Morris! Thanks guys keep up the great work.
The folks at Bob Kern's did an awesome job with my car! Not only did they get me in quick they communicated every step of the way and updated me on the price and diagnostics throughout the day. The best part was they were able to come in under estimate because of how thorough they were! Would highly recommend and will certainly be back for future needs!
My mom had her car here for 3 weeks and when they tried to screw with the price and tell her wrong information they killed the battery and made it junk even though the battery hasn't been used once since the car broke down do not go here they take too long have inaccurate prices try to scam and screw you over as much as they can then try to blame you for it never go here ever
This place is a joke. The lady at the desk is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I called to ask questions about a part she said I needed and she told me to come get my car and hung up on me. Took 3 weeks to do a 14 hour job. Had a brand new battery when I took it in, when I picked it up they told me it was junk. Not everyone has $3000 just to waste and not even have their car fixed. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there!
I think this place is awesome! The staff is wonderful and they try to give you discounts and work with you on pricing when possible but I feel like some clients are just on unappreciative and ungrateful and feel like they should get something for nothing. I appreciate you guys please keep up the awesome job♥️
