Dropped car off for repair, noted everything that needed fixed. Paid for by insurance. Week or so later, they call me and say it’s ready, except they couldn’t complete one aspect of the repair. The rental car time I was allowed by insurance was up. They said they’d called insurance that day to ask if that final repair is covered but hadn’t heard back. My brother was assaulted there by a white piece of trash employ while still in his car unbuckling his seat belt then they upped his towing bill and are basically not where you want to go!!!!!
