I had originally asked for a quote, and they just showed up to do the work. They charged 2.5 hours of labor (took 1.5 hours) and said I have to pay the electrician to drive to my house from his last job in Olpe. I caught the installer using MY nice kitchen bar stool as a ladder for the install! My husband and the receptionist agreed verbally to take $30 off of the bill (before hanging up on him) since we were charged an extra hour of labor, (which was $70) and we sent a check for the rest.
