Bob and Sue are very helpful. Bob always goes out of his way for his clients. I have seen it myself, as he is my agent, but also with his other clients.
I have worked with both Bob and Sue at this agency a number of times over the years, and they have both been extremely professional and very easy to work with. It is nice to deal with a local agency that is there when you need them. The personal touch is greatly appreciated.
What a rip off! State Farm sends a guy to help me out of my driveway, and the free service ends up costing me $1200! State Farm sent a tow truck to the house but claims no responsibility for the tow truck operator who dragged my car on a right angle out of the driveway, and snapped my shock absorber. The repair cost $1200. Ugh! Makes me want to scream, and I've been with them since 1985! Rant complete.
