Called Mr. Jones for an estimate. He came out and looked at the job and gave us a quote and said it would be about 2-3 weeks out. Called a little over the 3 weeks to see how soon he would be out. Was told he couldn’t do the work because he didn’t have the equipment to do it. He knew what the job was that day and should have said then he couldn’t do it. Now we have to find someone else after waiting 3 weeks. Would give a zero if I could.
