Excellent service. Made our recent move so much easier. Dawn was nothing less than amazing
Went up on my insurance $250 dollars due to inflation (that is what I was told). Paying over 700 a month when I was paying 450. When I inquire about it Dawn was very rude on the phone saying she had a lot to do in the office and she can’t pull the answer out if her hat, when I ask was she getting smart with me on the phone. She said excuse me you have a nice day and hung the phone up. Times is hard and for my insurance to go up due to inflation is ridiculous. The young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. I have been with State Farm for close to 20 years. Ive had nothing but great service from everyone there. Dawn is always such a pleasure to speak to, both in person and over the phone. She and Bob both have always answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. They might not always have the answers at the time of the call but they always get back to me as soon as they get the answers, which is usually by the end of the day or the next morning.
