I just bought a truck off of nick, had great Communication skills, and was quick and easy, so far good.
They sold me a Jeep and now they don’t respond and won’t service the problems because they are a “gm” dealership and no mechanics or technicians outside of that - if they would help you or not really. So disgusted!
Would not buy a car from this place. I made an appointment with Nick on Saturday and drove over an hour and a half to look at a car. When we arrived we were told that he had left for the day and didn’t inform anyone that I was coming. Not only did I waste my time to travel there but I could not even view the car because it was locked into a different lot that could not be accessed. Selling a 50k used car with no rear headrest's and telling customer the key fab only needs to be programmed is unacceptable. Knowing the key fab was inoperable why wouldn’t the dealer have resolved this prior to selling the car. Come to find out it’s not just the Key fab but the antenna which is becoming a fiasco. Try to speak to a sales manager. Good luck
