Excellent experience here. I walked in, we sat down and in about 10 minutes they pulled up a pretty much brand new car with less than 13k miles. I took it for a test drive and came back the next morning to make the purchase. I didn't need to do anything special for approval either- I got a good loan through my bank with a good interest rate of less than 15%, which isn't bad at all for a first time buyer. I drove away that morning with a 2023 Malibu and it's smooth and quiet. Easily the best car I've ever rode in or drove.
Zack Anderson was Great...no pressure; I test drove and then test drove again to make sure...he was very understanding when I wanted to take my 17 year old for a ride to get his opinion...we ended up purchasing a 2017 Rav 4 so far the car has been Great
Easy transaction. Had found the vehicle I was interested in on their website. Was there on a Saturday so quite busy but eventually drove the car and negotiated a difference price after trade. Picked up the following Thursday. All went well except me forgetting my garage opener in my trade in. Went back for it the following day.
