Zack Anderson was Great...no pressure; I test drove and then test drove again to make sure...he was very understanding when I wanted to take my 17 year old for a ride to get his opinion...we ended up purchasing a 2017 Rav 4 so far the car has been Great
Easy transaction. Had found the vehicle I was interested in on their website. Was there on a Saturday so quite busy but eventually drove the car and negotiated a difference price after trade. Picked up the following Thursday. All went well except me forgetting my garage opener in my trade in. Went back for it the following day.
Shout out to Malcom for not putting any effort into my sale! Is this place really a used car dealership or a car wash? Thanks to Malcom I found a nice new Cadillac at a different dealership. I was pretty beside myself when I was in this "dealership" (car wash) and they were saying bad things about elderly customers in front of other customers.
