Pushy sales tactics, unnecessary maintenance, and unprofessional managers. Just another "stealership". Our experience at this dealer will make us avoid them and any Bob Johnson affiliates in the future. My girlfriend went in for an oil change ($84.95) and tire rotation ($24.95) and was upsold on replacing the engine ($54.95) and cabin ($84.95) air filters with some nonsense air freshener.
