They always try to scare you into buying a new cabin filter for like $70 by taking it out and showing you how dirty it is. Yeah, no thanks, I can do it in 2 minutes for about $15. And you could too since you already took it out of the car to show me. It’s a predatory and unethical practice. Not the friendliest service folk in general.
