Great experience with Lena and Steve they did a fantastic job absolutely wonderful people
They are just starting to work on my car. I just want to give a shout out to Lena Cohen. She is the best customer service person I have ever met. She is 100%+at her job. When the car is finished I will update to the job they did on my vehicle.
Excellent experience in a stressful time. They would call me to give updates!! Our 3500 Sierra was completed perfectly and they didn't cut any corners. They could have patched the metal or used bondo, but they did it right and replaced the tailgate. I know it took a little pushing by them to insurance but they made sure it's perfect. The truck is only 7 months old and it's not the time to cut corners. Bob Johnson Collision Center and Buick/GMC were of huge help when a pothole destroyed my tire and damaged my wheel. Big shout-out to Liz and Heather who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and empathic throughout the whole situation. The service department was incredibly accommodating and put my car on the left to inspect for further damage and confirm wheel damage.
