Wish I'd seen some of these reviews before buying my car from here. Bought a 2020 chevy bolt, three days after buying it the battery failed so now i have a car with terrible mileage and terrible range since I cant charge it above 30%. Called them to let them know and was told they wont even be checking the car for a month, nothing sooner. Meanwhile now i have a useless car that needs to be charged for hours every time I leave my house to go anywhere. Once they make a sale you're on your own with the car issues.
I will never go back to this dealership. I went looking for an SUV that they didn’t have on the lot so I went to talk to a sales person about ordering what I was looking for. The salesman Chad, said he could order it and have it in, in about a month, this was in March. Come August, the SUV was still “on order” and Chad wasn’t taking my calls anymore, he was always “with a customer or not on the shop floor” no matter what time I called.
